The Pleasant Valley Free
Methodist Church offers the following opportunities of service to
others and to The Lord: |

1) Adult, Youth and Children's Ministries:
We have loving and conscientious Christian leaders in place to teach you,
to guide you, and to help you in your spiritual journey toward heaven.
Also, opportunities of service in the community is offered by each Class
Leader. |

2) Women's International Ministries:
On the local level, the W.M.I. is involved with projects to benefit
community needs such as Nursing Home Residents and local needy with food
and or clothes. On the International level, they are involved with support
for our missionaries world-wide. |

3) Sanctuary Choir:
Presently we are involved in some changes that will enable us to have a
choir to perform each Sunday and to have cantata's on special days. If
this is your talent we welcome you to become a participant. |
|
4) Vocal and Instrumental Music:
Should your talent lie in playing an instrument of some nature, and you
would like to use this talent in worship, then we wish to speak with you.
However, if you are vocally talented and enjoy singing solo for the Lord,
then Pleasant Valley FMC is where you belong. |

5) Nursing Home Ministries:
On the 4th Sunday of each month at 3:00 p.m., we gather at the Hillman
Nursing Home to bring a little cheer to the lives of these who are unable
to be in regular church services. There are many opportunities for service
in this area, if this is where your heart is.
We welcome you to come visit us, then stay and be a
part of loving family church then to become involved in service to God and
the community. |
